We currently ship across India through reliable courier partners.

SHIPPING TIMELINE
The October Box ships in late October 2025. Once your order ships, estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your box is dispatched.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on all orders. If you return an item, a ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

DELAYS
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at admin@discoverthe.garden within 7 days of expected delivery
- Include your order number and photos if applicable
- We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement
