Return and Refund Policy

NO CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations. The October Box is a limited-edition pre-order, and we produce based on the number of orders received. If you have an urgent issue, email us at admin@discoverthe.garden and we'll do our best to help.

RETURNS
You may return your box for a refund if it is undamaged and unopened. To initiate a return:
- Contact us at admin@discoverthe.garden within 7 days of receiving your order
- The box and all contents must be in original, unopened condition
- We'll provide return instructions once approved

REFUNDS
If your return is approved:
- We'll process a refund to your original payment method
- Refund amount will be the box price minus ₹100 shipping deduction
- Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Original shipping is non-refundable

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your box arrives damaged, or items are missing or defective:
- Contact us at admin@discoverthe.garden within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or issue
- We'll send replacements or issue a full refund (no shipping deduction)
